Featured Highlights

Generating Next Year Plans

In order to quickly generate HiCap Plans for the upcoming school year for all students who currently have a plan, a new selected rows action has been added “Create Next Year Plan.” 

This will open a form with the following fields that will generate plans with the associated data for every selected student:  

Several of the tabs will retain data from year to year, but always filter to the current year: Strengths, Goals, Tasks and Teacher Observations.

Capturing Referral Data

Additional data is now being captured when referrals are made to reflect the referrer’s relationship to the student and the date of referral.
