Here, you will learn to monitor all users with the Certificated Teacher/Support Staff Role in the ALE application.

Monitor Certificated Teachers

Here, you will learn to monitor all users with the Certificated Teacher/Support Staff Role in the ALE application, as well as the number of Student Learning Plans assigned to them.

Role: Program Manager

1. Start under Monitor in the left navigation menu and choose Monitor Certificated Teachers.
2. This table lists all users with the Certificated Teacher role in the ALE application, along with the number of Student Learning Plans assigned to each. 
   1. The Learning Plan Count includes all those who are assigned to oversee.
   2. Supplemental Learning Plan Count includes any plan listed as a certificated teacher on one or more subject/course records.  
3. Click the arrow to the left of each teacher's name to view the list of students assigned to that teacher.

Monitor Support Staff

Here, you will learn to view a list of Support Staff and the total number of active classes assigned to them.

Role: Registrar, Secretary

1. Start under Monitor in the left navigation menu and choose Monitor Staff.
2. This table lists Support Staff and the total number of active classes they support.
