Here, you will learn how to use the Public Safety Drills application to manage and report safety drill records for compliance.
The Public Safety Drill App allows school districts to store, track, and share safety drill records, audits, and logs.Β
- To access full data and administrative features, you must be logged in at www.munetrix.com with specific permissions issued by your district office.
- In the My Apps drawer to the left or at the bottom of the Munetrix Homepage, click the Public Safety Drills icon.
- You will see several tabs across the top of the page.
- Schedules Tab: This defaults to a list of schools for scheduling public safety drills, with additional features for adding, editing, and managing safety drill schedules.

Buildings Tab: This allows users to add new buildings and edit building information, including building code, address, type, status, square footage, and more. Buildings can also be marked as closed, removed from the list, and/or combined in this section if needed.

Building Map: This section provides a geospatial visualization of building locations, types, and other attributes across the district's boundaries.

Reports: This section allows users to access a variety of reporting features, including exporting drill schedules, compliance audits, drill timelines, and lessons-learned reports from safety drills.
