A Learning Credit enrollment limit can be set and enforced at parent enrollment for programs that limit the classes parents can register for. This limit can be applied across the program to all students or customized on a per-student basis in the individual Student Learning Plans in the Data Administrator Role.
Start by selecting Manage ALE Data in the left navigation menu, then choose Ledger Allocations.
You will see two tabs across the top.
Click the Monthly Allocation Amount tab: This interface sets the monthly amount allocated to each student based on their Full-Time Enrollment (FTE).
Fill in the Monthly Credit Allocation field numerically.
Click the Student Monthly Allocations tab. Use this form to allocate learning credits to Student Learning Plans.
In the Data Settings Drawer on the left, click the magnifying glass in the Month field to open the month picker, click Save Settings, and close the Data Settings Drawer.
You will see a data table to the right.
Filter the School Year column to the correct school year.
Use the checkboxes on the left to select one, several, or all students.
Click the Selected gear in the top left and choose Set Monthly Allocation.
After applying learning credits to SLPs, double-click a Current Month Allocation columncell to edit an amount.
