Manage My Group Intervention Plans
- Start by selecting Interventions in the left navigation menu, then choose My Group Intervention Plans.
- You will see a data table of Group Intervention Plans you have created, or you have been assigned as the Responsible or Supplemental Educator.
- Click the Label (pencil icon), or select the Row Actions gear to the far right, and choose Manage.Â
- You will see the Manage Group Intervention Plan page with multiple subpages (tabs) across the top.
- Details: Here you can edit the group label to identify your group, the intervention/support type, start and end dates, and check-in frequency.
- Students:Â Here you can view students with or without student plans
- Goals: Add a group intervention plan goal that supports nested progress tracking via a progress log.
- Assessments: Select a group intervention plan assessment. Once scores are available, they will be displayed on the plan and in performance levels.
- Accommodations: This allows you to add one or more group plan accommodations.
- Commitments: This allows you to identify which responsible parties in the plan will do what in the group intervention plan.
- Click the Row Actions Gear to the far right and delete the group plans via two options:
- Delete Group Plan (ONLY): This will delete the group plan only. It will not delete the individual student plans of the students in the group. This is helpful if you used the group plan to mass-create individual plans, but it is no longer needed to manage the individual plans it created.
- Delete Group Plan (+STUDENT PLANS): This will delete the group plan and each student's individual student plan. This is an efficient way to remove individual plans tied to a group plan that were entered in error or contain incorrect plan content.
