1. We have added a public referral form that can be completed by anyone who has the URL.

Submitted referrals are routed through a table on the Data Admin for validation before being surfaced on the Referred Students Data Table. 

2. Students now have the ability to add Strengths, Goals, and Evidence to their HiCap Learning Plan
