Find Programs
Here, you will learn how to search for and favorite a program.

- Start by selecting "Find Programs" in the left navigation menu and then choose "Program Search."
- Use the data table column Program to search for a program of interest—filter options by Colleges, Apprenticeships, Certification, and Vocational Training Programs.
- Once a program has been found, click the Heart icon to favorite it.
Find Schools
Here, you will learn how to find schools.
- Start by selecting "Find Schools" in the left navigation menu and then choose "School Search."
- Use the search boxes at the top of the columns to find a school that matches your interests, including size, degree, activities, and more.
- Once a school has been found, click the Heart icon to favorite it.
- Click the magnifying glass in the school column to access the view school page, which features various subpages (tabs) across the top: General Information, Academics, Admissions, Career Services, Costs, Financial Aid, Additional Contact, and Student Body.
- Click under Find School in the left navigation menu and choose Compare Schools.
- Use the Data Table Data Settings to the left to choose two or more schools and compare them by various factors, including tuition, setting, degrees, school population, admissions, housing, student activity, type, religious affiliations, and sports.
- Click the Educational Institution(s) field, choose one or more checkboxes to the left, and click Accept.
- Then click Save Settings, and a data table of comparisons will appear to the right.

Scholarships/College Bound

- Start under Scholarships in the left navigation menu.
- Select the College Bound tab at the top of the page and review the College Bound Scholarship information. The College Bound Scholarship program is an early commitment of state financial aid to eligible students who enroll in middle school and fulfill the scholarship's requirements. In Partnership with the Washington Student Achievement Council, we provide access to the tools and resources your students need to become college-bound.
- Select the Other Scholarships tab to review the district-specific scholarship information.
Financial Information
Here, you will learn how to review Financial Information.
- Start under Financial Information in the left navigation menu.
- Review the Financial Information. The information found here will help students learn about various educational financing options. It starts with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WAFSA).
- In the student role, click on the banner. I understand the Financial Aid opportunities available to me. This will be reflected in the Assemble Portfolio.
- Also included in the student role is a Financial Aid Reflection Survey, which can be accessed by clicking "Launch Survey." A popover window will appear. Complete all required fields and click Save. (If the button says Validate, you may be missing a required field.) When completed, this will be reflected in the student's Assemble Portfolio.
- Click Launch Survey.
