Here, you will learn how to manage the goals for an evaluation year.

The goals area is divided into two parts:

  • Task-Related Goals: These goals are based on additional data questions related to a task that is part of the district setup.
  • Student Growth Goals: These goals are populated by the Evaluator and are visible to the Evaluatee. Annual growth goals can be used for any purpose for the Evaluatee. The Evaluatee can add or edit a goal, and both the Evaluator and the Evaluatee can view them.

Task-Related Goals

  1. Start under Manage Evaluation Year in the left navigation.
  2. You will see several subpages (tabs) across the top of the Manage Evaluation Year page.
  3. Click the Goals tab and choose Task-Related Goals. Here, you can set and review all goal-designated notes for the task list.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass next to the task.

  1. For each question, fill in the Evaluatee Text field as needed.
  2. Click the Evaluation Criterion field.
  3. Click the arrow to the left to reveal performance levels and their description.
  4. Click one or more checkboxes to the left and click Accept.
  5. Click Save.

Annual Growth Goals

The Evaluatee populates these goals, which are then visible to the Evaluator. Annual growth goals can be used for any purpose for the Evaluatee. The Evaluatee can add or edit a goal, and both the Evaluator and  Evaluatee can view them.
