This allows users to download a spreadsheet that contains summary data from evaluations. Data is filtered by a selected year. Data access is restricted to users who have access to it: Evaluation Data Administrators, Evaluators (only provide data for their Evaluates), and Evaluation Monitors.

- Enables further data manipulation (e.g., calculations, sorting, filtering)
- Facilitates combining the evaluation data with other datasets.
- Supports record keeping and archival purposes.
Data Extracts
- Start under Data Extracts in the left navigation and choose Data Tables.
- Navigate to the Evaluation Year Summary (No Context For Data Extracts).
- Click View in the Build Data Table column.
- Click the School Year field and select the checkbox to the left of the chosen year.
- Click Save Settings.
- Click the Download Data Table icon in the top right corner.
