Here, you will learn how to view assessments, organize assessments into subgroups, and manage individual items for analysis.
Start under Assessment Tests in the left navigation menu and choose one of the following options: All Assessment Tests, Assessment Sets, or Student Growth.
All Assessment Tests:
This will enable you to search for assessments by name, type, category, and school-year score counts.
- Click on any column filter field or use the other filter tools to search or narrow the list.
- Click the magnifying glass in the following columns to view specific assessment information. The magnifying glass will only appear in corresponding columns for assessments with this data type. For example, if no progress monitoring data is associated with the evaluation, you will not see the magnifying glass in that column.
- Name: This will launch the View Assessment in the Scores tab.
- View as KPI: This will launch the View District-Wide Historical Assessment Test Data. Tabs across the top provide additional chart views (District-Wide, by Schools, Federal Races, Genders, 504, Bilingual, Free/Reduced, Gifted, LAP, Special Education, Title, and Homeless).
- Progress Monitoring: This will launch the View Assessment in the Progress Monitoring tab.
- Item Analysis: This will launch the View Assessment in the Item Analysis tab.
- Strands: This will launch the View Assessment in the Subtests tab.
- Subgroup: This will launch the View Assessment in the Subgroup Comparison tab. Use the Subgroup Comparisons dropdown menu to make comparisons by race, gender, service type, school, and teacher.
- Click the Row Actions Gear and select View Assessment. As mentioned above, there are several tab choices for this option.
- Click the Row Actions Gear and select View Dashboard, which will take you to the View Assessment Test Dashboard.
- Click the Download Data Table button at the top right of the data table to download the table.
- Click the Show Column Panel to hide, show, or arrange the various columns.
Assessment Sets:
This will allow you to search assessment sets by name, subject area, number of assessments, number of scored assessments, and whether they are shared district-wide.
- Click the magnifying glass next to the name to launch the View Assessment Set. Here, you can view tabs for Details, Assessment Tests, Scores, and Summary.
- Click the arrow to view further assessment details.
- Click the Download Data Table button at the top right of the data table to download the table.

Student Growth
This will allow you to view student growth for assessments.
