This utility is available to users with the Data Admin Role.

  1. Start under Administrative Tasks in the left navigation menu.

  1. Scroll to Mass Apply Classes from SIS to Current SLP Subject Courses.
  2. Click Execute Mass Apply of Classes from SIS to Current SLP. This will take all classes migrating from your Student Information System (SIS) and create corresponding subject/course records for all active Student Learning Plans.

A few things to note:

  • Classes must be matched with an ALE Course via the Manage SIS Classes utility before taking this action.
  • When these procedures run, they will not insert subject course records if a subject course on the Student Learning Plan already has that ClassId (i.e., records will not be duplicated).
  • This action cannot be undone, so you must be confident that everything is in place before you take it.
  • After the mass utility is run, it is important that each Student Learning Plan be reviewed for accuracy and that the supervising Certificated Teacher approve the plans.
