  • Calibration among principals of evidence they are looking for and how they are scoring each sub-criterion. (Example: If one building is getting many distinguished ratings in a particular area, work with them to help replicate it in other schools.)Ā 
  • To celebrate the staff's strengths and/or identify positive growth resulting from target PD.Ā 
  • Potentially identifying areas where we could focus on professional development, either due to lower or ā€˜inflated’ ratings in certain areas.
