Improvements

EVAL-578 

Upon completion, tasks without Meeting Details fields no longer use and display a Scheduled Date

EVAL-576 

An EvaluatEE no longer has the ability to check Allow Commentary on the Summary/Final Evaluation.

EVAL-579 

Ability to use HTML, like text bolding or links to support documents, is now available on Evaluation Criterion Description text and the Evaluation Criterion Performance Level Description text

Configurations

EVAL-568 

A district configuration is now available to auto check the "Allow commentary" box when an Evaluator checks "Share with Evaluatee." (If a district is interested in this configuration, email support@schooldata.net to request it be turned on and mention the code EVAL-568)
