🗃️ ALE Setting Learning Credit Enrollment Limits for Parents V2

A Learning Credit enrollment limit can be set and enforced upon parent enrollment for programs that weigh the classes that parents can register for. This limit can be applied across the program to all students and customized on a per-student basis on the individual Student Learning Plans. 

1. In the Data Admin Role, select Administrative Tasks from the left navigation menu and scroll down to Mass Apply Parent Learning Credit. 

2. Only the Max Parent Learning Credit Limit field is required. Use the drop-down menu to select the number. 
3. Select Parent Credit School Year is optional. 
4. Once selections and entries have been entered, click Execute Mass Apply of Parent Credit Limit.
5. The setting applies to all SLPs but can be customized for individual SLPs on the Details tab, in the Learning Credit Limit field.
