Homeroom
New Features
- Upgraded Assessment Dashboards & Charting Capabilities: Consolidated and modernized assessment views throughout Homeroom—spanning the single Assessment Test Viewer, Assessment Set Viewer, (NEW) Assessment List Viewer (linked directly from dashboard charts), and Dashboard Assessment Charts:
- Unified Summary View: Replaced legacy chart views with a centralized chart that supports demographic selectors, score toggles, and diverging bar options.
- Dynamic Data Drill-Downs: Updated click link views and validation workbooks to include relevant assessment data.
- Added the new Poor Gradebook Grades data table to dashboards that also include the Gradebook Grades data table. This new table shows each student’s count of poor grades for the term so you can spot students of concern at a glance. Expand a student’s row to see the individual classes where those grades were earned.

Early Warning Module
New Features
- Upgraded the charts and filters on the Attendance Summary page—Charts now default to include Unexcused and Excused Absences combined and have their own Data Settings to filter Attendance Types. Individual chart changes:
- The validation workbook that opens when you click into a chart section now includes summary columns alongside the existing daily detail.
- Monthly Attendance Events — chart style changed from bars to lines so the categories are easier to tell apart.
- All pie charts now have a legend you can use to show or hide slices, ordered largest to smallest.
- Attendance Events by Category — defaults to Gender; Data Settings lets you break the chart down by Age, Grade, or Program/Service Type instead.
- Monthly Attendance Events by Category — defaults to Grade Level; chart style changed from bars to lines; Data Settings lets you break the chart down by Age, Federal Race, Gender, Program/Service Type, or School.
- Monthly Attendance Events by Grade Level (Data Table) — expanded the detail shown and labeled each month and year.
- Attendance Events by Day — now shows weekly date ranges instead of week numbers (1, 2, 3).
- Attendance Events by Day of Week — chart style changed so the counts are easier to decipher.
Improvements
- Added information about the default risk thresholds to the Defining Risk/Grades, Discipline, and Attendance Risk pages for Educators and Teacher Roles.
Student Data Grids
Improvements
- Six Data Sets have been updated to allow users the ability to choose Current Year, a specific School Year, or a Relative Year — and because of that, the word "Current" has been dropped from their names.
- Updated Data Set names are:
- School Year Incident Detail
- School Year Referral Detail
- School Year Class Daily Attendance
- School Year District Daily Attendance
- School Year School Class Period Daily Attendance
- School Year School Daily Attendance
- Additional enhancements to these same Data Sets include:
- Day Selection Method moved to the top, so the settings that drive your results are the first thing you see.
- Selecting Current Year + the Day Selection Method of School Days gives you a new Day Range (formerly Date Range), where you pick a relative First Day and Last Day. Because the range is relative rather than a fixed calendar range, these Data Sets keep working year after year without being edited each fall.
- Selecting School Year or Relative Year hides the Day Selection Method section — instead you'll pick a First Day and Last Day.
- If no selections are made, there is now a default of Current Year + current week through two weeks prior. Previously there was no default, so the Data Set returned blank results until you made selections. You can change the selections at any time.
- Updated Data Set names are:
Risk Indicators
Improvements
- Added two new Data Points that carry the same filters as their Student Data Grids counterparts, so you can narrow to the specific incidents or referrals you care about and group students into count ranges:
- School Year Incident Detail Counts
- School Year Referral Detail Counts
Absence Response
Improvements
- Added option during Ad Hoc letter generation to attach output documents directly to the student's Attendance Summary Uploads table.
- Added prompt on Ad Hoc letters mass download allowing users to merge all selected student letters into a single combined PDF.

Bug Fixes
- All Applications: Fixed chart pop-up modals so that closing one no longer resets the form and reloads the chart — your Data Settings selections are preserved.
- ALE: Resolved an issue where users could not print class rosters from the Certificated Teacher >> All Classes row action gear.
- ALE: Resolved an issue where historical course enrollments created duplicate rows in "Student Classes By Student Groups".
- ALE: Restored event sign-up and registration form action in the Event Calendar.
- ALE: Fixed automatic carriage return in ALE barcode scanner and restored audio stop message on student scanner alert events.
- Connect AI: Fixed an issue where the Connect AI agent would report that no data was available when asked about goal, domain, or sub-score level assessment results — such as NWEA MAP goal areas or STAR domain scores. The agent now finds these scores, so questions that previously came back empty should return results.
- Homeroom: Fixed column ordering on the All Assessment Tests data table so the new school year score count columns appear in chronological order.
Other Improvements
- All Applications: Reduced default popover sizes for confirmation and delete dialogs.
- All Applications: Added an "Additional Email Addresses" column, hidden by default, to the Manage Persons data table (suppressing confidential entries).
- Evaluations: Added an enhanced Employee selector showing distinguishing person metadata (middle name, birthdate) for when adding Evaluation Year Records.
- ProDev: Configured Session Attendance table to open the Facilitator course management view for the Facilitator role.
- ProDev: Enhanced validation and spreadsheet ingestion for the Manage Learners upload tool.
