New Features
- Added a new SWIS & SIS Discipline Events workbook (and individual Data Extract/Data Tables for SIS Discipline Incidents and SWIS Discipline Referrals) to Data Extracts/Workbooks, providing detailed event records by selected Student Group and school year.
- As a reminder, availability to any Data Extract can be managed by district Data Administrators via the appropriate Assign page for that Data Extract type.
Improvements
- Updated the Scores table within the Assessment Sets page with the following enhancements:
- Added a Data Settings form option to show or hide students with no scores (defaults to showing students with at least one score in the Assessment Set).
- Column adjustments:
- Added Student Alternate ID and School Year columns (hidden by default).
- Set the Administration column to hidden by default.
- Added a new row action checkbox allowing users to quickly add selected students to a Student Group.
- Added SSID and Student Alternate ID to the Risk Details Viewer, columns hidden by default.
- Enhanced the Student Attendance Trend chart by adding weekly date ranges to data point tooltips and removing legacy OSPI and Truancy labels for a cleaner display.
Connect AI
New Features
- Added a Homeroom Data Admin page called ‘AI Agent Prompts’
- District Prompts
- Data Admins can create/manage district custom prompts in the Connect AI prompt library.
- Data Admins can manage visibility to district created prompts for different user roles/personas.
- Standard Prompts
- Data Admins can manage visibility to “standard” or default Connect AI library prompts for their district.
- District Prompts
- Added a stop button to cancel a prompt mid-generation, before it has finished running.
Early Warning Module
New Features
- Expanded the EWM Student Profile reporting by adding a dedicated Referrals sub-page across individual student views including:
- Total Monthly Referrals bar chart
- Total Monthly Referrals heat map visual
- Student Referrals Records data table to review individual referral events
- Added to the EWM Student Profile’s Student Summary page the Total Monthly Referrals bar chart directly below the Total Monthly Incidents bar chart.
- Added a dedicated Incident Types subpage to the Discipline Risk Indicator configuration. Data Administrators can now manage an Incident Type's Include In Pre-Calculated Aggregates status, which is now honored across all Discipline Incident related charts.
Improvements
- Added a Reason column to the Attendance Event List data table on the Student’s Attendance sub-page on the EWM Risk Profile.
- Updated default term selection logic for Educator and Teacher views. When first accessing an EWM page, or when using the Clear Saved Data settings, the system now defaults to the Current School Year and the All Year term instead of a non-all year term.
CTE
Improvements
- Updated form elements across Data Admin, Educator, and Teacher roles to require selection for all Received Date and Examination Attempt Date fields.
- Replaced the Industry Credential table on the Student CTE Profile page with a read-only table definition utilizing the same data source and column layout as the Educator Industry Credentials Students sub-page.
- Updated the tooltip structure on the Earned Credentials column within the Educator CTE All Students data table. Tooltips now display one credential per line formatted as {credential}, {received date} to match Data Admin detail pages.
- Added Attempt Class and Attempt Class Code columns to the attempt column group on the Teacher Industry Credentials By Credential sub-page, including in-cell editing capability for the Attempt Class field.
ALE
Improvements
- Updated the following pages for the ALE Reference Data role:
- Objectives: Added a Grade Level column and updated the table so it surfaces Objective selections based on settings in the Data Administrator role
- State Subject Areas: Updated the table so it surfaces State Subject Areas selections based on settings in the Data Administrator role
- Renamed the Certificated Teacher >> Monitor Truancy page to Monitor Student Risk and added the following columns: Total Months Unsatisfactory Progress, Max Consecutive Unsatisfactory Progress, Direct Contact (last date), ALE Class Attendance (last date), Contact Attempt (last date), Attendance Summary, and Attendance %.
- Student Role: Added wSLP Start and End Dates to the wSLP selector so students can see which wSLP is active if the student has more than one wSLP in a school year.
- Library Role: Added the ability to show or hide library links for the Parent and Student roles.
- Data Administrator >> Manage ALE Users: Added the ability to turn on/off restricting ALE Access to only users who have been explicitly associated to an ALE program.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where Student Alert messages were not surfacing on the Manage Class Attendance pages for Certificated Teacher, Secretary, and Registrar roles. The Student Alert column has been updated from a boolean indicator to a text field that displays the full alert message, consistent with v2 behavior.
- Resolved an issue where the wSLP Assessment Selector was not surfacing the correct assessment list.
- Resolved an issue where the Copy Email List was not correctly filtering based on the selected parameters
Other Improvements
- Evaluations: Updated the Evaluator Summary page so that Focus criteria abbreviations are displayed in Card Mode and Student Growth selections are included in Grid Mode.
- Professional Development: Added additional identifying columns to the Manage Learners data table in Data Admin, enabling administrators to more easily identify the correct Learner record.
- Professional Development: Updated the Clock Hour Approval Report to align with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) compliance guidelines. This update includes reorganized sections and revised reporting text for improved clarity and regulatory alignment. (Washington only)
