Homeroom

New Features

• Created standard Student Growth screenviews that administrators can make visible on Student Dashboards for Common Assessments:
  • i-Ready Overall Scores (Reading & Math)
  • STAR Overall Scores (Reading & Math)
  • MAP Overall Scores (Reading & Math)
  • aimswebPlus Progress Monitoring (Reading & Math)

Improvements

• When uploading assessment score files via the Manual Score Loader, column headers in the file with names that exactly match configured assessments are now automatically mapped, saving time for data administrators.
• Updated the Risk Indicator screen view to enable numeric sorting on all aggregate count columns.

Evaluations

New Features

• Data Administrator Role: Added a new subpage for Configure > Evaluation Task Templates when editing a template that allows administrators to link one or more report definitions. This includes an option to tie the report's availability to the task's sharing status, ensuring that secure reports can be printed only after they are explicitly shared between the Evaluator and Evaluatee.

Improvements

• Updated the Other Tasks view for both Evaluators and Evaluatees to automatically display a list of the evaluatee’s tasks. Additionally, the action icon has been changed to a magnifying glass that opens the selected task in a new modal for easier viewing.
• Added the ability for Monitors to download all files uploaded as Evidence.
• Added the Documents drawer to the Monitor view, enabling users to access and print the same reports available to Evaluators.

CTE

New Features

• New mass assignment options are available for examination attempts (Data Admin, Educator, Teacher):
  • By Selected Rows: Added actions to data tables allowing users to set Examination Attempts (including Attempted Date and Passed status) for multiple selected students at once.
  • By Student Group: Added an option to set the Attempt Date and Passed status for all students within a specific group.
  • By File Upload: Added an option to set the Attempt Date and Passed status for multiple students via file import.
• Student Data Grids: Added additional data points to the CTE category for Earned Industry Credentials to include Number of Attempts, Passed Examination Attempt, Passed Examination Date, and Most Recent Attempt Date.

Teacher Role:

• My Students Page: Added the "Class Period" and "Examinations Attempted" columns. The "My Students" row action for managing Industry Credentials was also updated to include Earned and Attempted Credential columns.
• My Classes Page: Added a "Class Period" column to the main data table, and updated nested data tables to list "Examinations Attempted" for each student.
• Industry Credentials > Student Credentials Data Table: 
  • Added a "Class Period" column.
  • Added Examination Attempts (Number of Attempts, Most Recent Attempt, and Passed status) columns.
  • Updated nested rows to include actions to manage credential details (Earned Date, Attempted Date, and Passed status).
• Industry Credentials > By Credential Data Table: Added Industry Credential Attempts columns and implemented row actions alongside in-cell editing.

Educator Role:

• Industry Credentials Students Subpage Data Table: Added "Number of Exams Attempted" columns and a comma-separated list of "Attempted Examinations."
  • In the nested rows, added Credentials, Earned, and Examination Attempts columns. Also added row actions to manage details (Earned Date, Attempted Date, Passed status).

Data Administrator Role:

• Industry Credentials Details > Students Data Table: Added "Number of Exams Attempted" columns and a comma-separated list of "Attempted Examinations."
  • In the next rows, added Credentials, Earned, and Examination Attempts columns. Also added row actions to manage details (Earned Date, Attempted Date, Passed status).

Improvements

Data Administrator Role:

• Industry Credential Details > Credentials Subpage: Added an editable "Is Active" column.
• Programs of Study Page: Removed the redundant program column.
• Program of Study > Classes Subpage: Added a "Class Enrollment” column.

Connect AI

Improvements

• The Agent modal can now be expanded to full screen for a more spacious interaction experience.
• The Agent's intermediate "thinking" process is now saved to the database and persisted in chat history. Users can expand or collapse the thinking text to review how the AI arrived at its response.
• Enhanced the Agents’ data processing and comprehension capabilities across a variety of key areas. The AI can now more accurately analyze and filter data for:
  • Attendance, Enrollment, and School Year transitions (including summer unenrollments)
  • 504 plans and Bilingual data
  • Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs

Student Data Grids

Improvements

• Grade-based Data Sets (Class Term Grades, Gradebook Class Grades, Gradebook Standard Grades) now support filtering by "Poor Grades" and "Failing Grades" as configured in Grade Mark Settings, in addition to selecting specific grades.
  • Coming soon: A future release will enable Data Administrators to manage Grade Mark settings in Homeroom.

Bug Fixes

• ALE Rolling over SLP Courses to a new school year: 
  • Fixed issues where student grade levels were not rolling up and supplemental certificated teachers were not being carried over. 
  • Added a ‘Rollover All’ button so users can roll up all "In Progress" courses at once.
• All Applications: Resolved an issue where text entered while a form was loading would occasionally be cleared after the page finished loading, ensuring all user input is preserved.
• Homeroom: Fixed an issue where, in the Attendance - Individual Students data table, the "Tardies (Period) in the Current School Year" and "Tardies (Period) in the Last 30 Calendar Days" columns displayed the same data instead of distinct values.
• Student Data Grids: Resolved an issue where the Date Range filter was being ignored, causing the grid to display data for the entire school year. This has been corrected for the following data sets:
  • Current School Year District Daily Attendance
  • Current School Year Incident Detail
  • Current School Year Referral Detail
  • Current School Year Daily Class Attendance
  • Current School Year Daily School Class Period Attendance
  • Current School Year School Daily Attendance

Other Improvements

• All Applications: Optional radio group form elements now allow users to click a previously selected radio button to clear the selection.
• ProDev: Created a new Data Extract/Report called HRM+ Multi-Session Attendance Roster By Course to support attendance tracking.
