In the ALE Application, parents can complete a survey indicating their interest in class offerings for the upcoming term or school year.  If this is utilized in your program, you will be notified when the link is available in the left navigation after logging in.

  1. Click Class Interest Survey in the left navigation bar.
  2. Here, you will see a list of all the students you are associated with and how many “votes” they have each been allocated in the Maximum Class Count column.

  1. Click the Row Action Gear to the far right and choose Select Classes.

  1. Click the magnifying glass in the Classes field, click one or more checkboxes for the classes, and click Accept.

  1. Use the filters at the top of the columns to search and narrow your results.
  2. Click in the Description column to view a full description.

  1. Click Save.
    1. If you attempt to exceed the number of “votes” given to you for this student, you will receive a message reminding you how many classes you may choose.  To remove a selection, click the “x”  to the right of the name.
  1. The classes will be displayed as a list in the Selected Classes column of the table. You may make changes to your selections at any time the survey is available.
