New Features

• Student Plans Subpage (Tab)
  • Created an HTML view of the 504 Plan Report. Click the title in the Plan Information > Label column of the data table to access a read-only view of the report.
  • Created an HTML view of the Intervention Plan Report. Click the title in the Plan Information > Label column of the data table to access a read-only view of the report.
  • Created an HTML view of the ALE Plan Report. Click the title in the Plan Information > Label column of the data table to access a read-only view of the report.

Improvements

• Updated the Student Groups Dashboard to automatically align the Enrollment Year with the group's designated School Year. We’ve also introduced the ability to add or modify Data Years and integrated several standard Page Data Setting filters for better customization.
• Enhanced the All Teachers search table with new data columns for a more comprehensive overview of teacher workloads, including:
  • # of Classes
  • # of Classes w/ Students
  • # of Students
• Updated the Activity search data table to include a column for # of Students. 
• Updated the Page Data Settings in the Assessment Set Viewer to allow selecting multiple schools.

CTE

New Features

• Educator Role: Under Programs of Study, added a Students sub-page (tab) and data tables to list student details for each Instructional Program. 
• Educator Role: Added the ability to mass-upload earned Industry Credentials or add an Industry Credential for a student group. 
• Educator Role: Added a CCMR data table 
• Created a Teacher Role
• Teacher Role: Added My Students page and data table listing each student with a nested list of classes for each student
• Teacher Role: Added My Classes page and data table listing each class with a nested list of students for each class
• Teacher Role: Added a Student Profile link to the Student names on the My Classes page to view Student Details, CTE, and Documents
• Teacher Role: Added the ability to mass upload earned Industry Credentials or add an Industry Credential for a student group
• Teacher Role: Added a CCMR data table
• Added CTE data points to Student Data Grids

Improvements

• Educator Role: Improved the navigation of the CTE Student subpages and updated the data tables on  All Students and Student Credits pages

Pro-Dev

Improvements

• Added a column to the Professional Development - Staff Not Registered for Course Sessions on a Selected Date  Data Extract/Data Table to identify if the user’s account is active
• Shortened column header names on various Data Tables for various Roles to improve the user experience.

Student Data Grids

New Features

• Created three new Data Sets for CTE: 
  • Earned Industry Credentials
  • Instructional Program Courses
  • Instructional Programs

Improvements

• Updated the Interventions Plans data set so that all columns are sortable.
• Class Enrollment Data Set updates:
  • Added new columns for CTE-based data.
  • Added columns for four specific Class Attributes as their own individual columns.
  • Introduced a new Enrollment Characteristics filter section to allow for more granular filtering.

Bug Fixes

• EWM (Early Warning Module): Fixed the link to the Student Dashboard from the Attendance Summary page. 
• Pro-Dev: Fixed the incorrect Instructor/Facilitator Attendance Verification Status.
• Pro-Dev: Fixed the Set Complete button that was not working.

 Other Improvements

• Career Planner: Updated Resume Form so all Recognition Types are pre-populated when one is added.
• Connect AI:  Implemented Copy to Clipboard button with rich text formatting support for AI Chat.
• Evaluations: Updated Electronic Signatures to allow configuration to enable applying a signature to signable documents.
• Evaluations: created a Supplemental Form sub-page and logic for Evaluatee.
• Intervention Plans: Updated the look of the Contributing Factors Data Table for Data Admins.
