Here you can view post-high-school outcomes.

Role: Educator

  1. Start under Post High School Outcomes in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the Edit Page Data Settings button, located to the right of the page title, to edit the school year details. Click the field, select the checkbox for the chosen school year, and then click Save.
  3. A data table with two subpages or tabs across the top will show you:
    • Details tab: Here, you can view the student's details, including record import date, high school code, graduation date, college code, college name and abbreviation, college type, enrollment start and end dates, enrollment status, graduation date, degree title, major, and program code. Filter by clicking the text fields at the top of each column.

  • Summary tab: This section displays various charts that show the percentage of graduating students who are enrolled in four-year or two-year programs, not enrolled in postsecondary education, who persisted after their first year in a four-year or two-year program, and who earned a four-year degree, an associate's degree, a certificate, or no degree. 
  1. Hover over any data point to view further details.

  1. Click the data point to view a list of students.

    1. Click the magnifying glass next to the name to view student details.
    2. Click one or more checkboxes to the left to create a student group.
      1. Click the Selected Gear in the top-left, then select "Add Students to Student Group."
      2. Select the radio button to Create New Group or Add to Existing Group.
      3. Fill in or select the Student Group Name.
      4. Click Save.
