Multiple Roles: Certificated Teacher, Program Manager, Registrar, Staff

Here, you will learn to manage the Student Learning Plans assigned to you.

  • Any edits made are not additive; they replace/overwrite the current data for all selected SLPS. 
  • Edits made via this feature will not require re-approval of learning plans.
  1. Start under Student Learning Plans in the left navigation menu and choose All Student Learning Plans.

  1. By default, the table displays plans for the current year that have no end date before today. 
  2. Use the search text box in the header of each column to filter and sort as you need and to surface SLPs for students who have exited the program. 
  3. Click Edit Page Data Settings in the header, next to the title, to switch to a different school year. 
  4. Click on the magnifying glass next to a studentโ€™s name to open their student learning plan. 
  5. Click the Row Action Gear to do the following:
    • Delete
    • Manage Student Learning Plan ( All Student Learning Plans only)
    • Print Class Schedule
    • Print Progress Toward Graduation
    • Print wSLP
    • Print wSLP Audit
    • Print wSLP with Course Details
    • Student Spotlight
  6. To manage multiple selections at once, select the checkbox next to one or more students.

  1. Click the Selected Gear and choose one of the following:
    • Configure Selected Student Learning Plans (Certificated Role, Registrar, Staff only)
    • Edit wSLP(s) (Program Manager Role, Registrar Only)
    • Mass Approve wSLP(s) (Certificated Role only)
    • Conclude wSLP(s) (Registrar only)
    • Print wSLP Audit (Program Manager Role, Registrar Only)
    • Print Progress Towards Graduation (Certificated Role, Registrar, Staff only)
    • Print Class Schedule(s)
    • Print wSLP(s)
