You will only be able to edit intervention Plans if you are the Certificated Teacher who created the plan or a Supplemental Educator on an Intervention Plan. Set SLP Default Values via Data Admin >> Configuration >> Default Values >> SLP Default Values.

Role: Certificated Teacher, Support Staff, Program Manager, Registrar

  1. Start by selecting Monitor in the left navigation menu, then choose Monitor Intervention Plans.
  2. Click the magnifying glass in the ALE Progress Reporting Month(s) field, click one or more checkboxes to the left, and click Accept.
  3. Click Save.

  1. Click the Edit Page Data Settings button to the right of the title to edit.
  2. You will see a data table of students with columns for plan completion, progress reporting, responsible and supplemental educators, intervention/support, and the plan’s start date.

  1. Use the text box and filter icons at the top of each column to sort and filter as desired.
  2. Click the magnifying glass next to the student’s name to view the Manage Student Learning Plan page.
  3. The status can be found in the Complete column. A checkmark denotes that it is complete. An β€œX” denotes that it is not completed.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass in the Intervention Plan column to open the Manage Intervention Plan page.
  5. Click the Row Actions and Options Gear to the far right to Delete or Print Intervention Plan.
