You will only be able to edit intervention Plans if you are the Certificated Teacher who created the plan or a Supplemental Educator on an Intervention Plan. Set SLP Default Values via Data Admin >> Configuration >> Default Values >> SLP Default Values.
Role: Certificated Teacher, Support Staff, Program Manager, Registrar
- Start by selecting Monitor in the left navigation menu, then choose Monitor Intervention Plans.
- Click the magnifying glass in the ALE Progress Reporting Month(s) field, click one or more checkboxes to the left, and click Accept.
- Click Save.
- Click the Edit Page Data Settings button to the right of the title to edit.
- You will see a data table of students with columns for plan completion, progress reporting, responsible and supplemental educators, intervention/support, and the planβs start date.
- Use the text box and filter icons at the top of each column to sort and filter as desired.
- Click the magnifying glass next to the studentβs name to view the Manage Student Learning Plan page.
- The status can be found in the Complete column. A checkmark denotes that it is complete. An βXβ denotes that it is not completed.
- Click on the magnifying glass in the Intervention Plan column to open the Manage Intervention Plan page.
- Click the Row Actions and Options Gear to the far right to Delete or Print Intervention Plan.
