Homeroom

New Features

• Enabled AI-powered (Insights Drawer) to the left for end users, laying the groundwork for broader AI assistance within the application.
• Added a Building/School-Level data table for the Educator Evaluation calculator configuration in Homeroom, allowing more granular control at the building level. (Michigan only)

Improvements

• Extended configuration to support labels and colors for programs and service types, improving visual differentiation and clarity.
• Updated relevant data tables so additional service type labels are surfaced consistently across the product.
• Implemented a district-level data table to support Educator Evaluation calculator configuration in Homeroom, enabling more consistent and scalable setup at the district level. (Michigan only)
• Migrated the SGP “View > Calculator” subpage from a data table to a workbook structure to improve usability, flexibility, and maintainability of the configuration in Homeroom. (Michigan only)

ALE

New Features

• Added new settings in Data Administrator > Configure Settings > Grade Selections. Programs can now choose which grades surface for selection when assigning grades to courses or classes.

Behavior Intervention Plans

Improvements

• The application name has been updated to “Success Plans”  across the user interface to align with the current product branding. This includes navigation titles, headers, and any references in key workflows.
• The app logo has been replaced with the latest approved design based on the application name change.
• Outdated URLs have been updated to the current, correct destinations based on the application name change.

Evaluations

New Features

• Integrated AI Notes Enhancement tool within text boxes to assist Evaluators and Evaluatees in drafting more descriptive, nuanced, and impactful evaluation narratives throughout the evaluation cycle.

Student Data Grids

New Features

• Added a new Intervention Plans data set to the Student Data Grid configuration experience for Educators and Data Administrators.
• Added a new School Enrollment Details data set to the Student Data Grid configuration experience for Educators and Data Administrators. 

Improvements

• For any Data Set where filtering Classes are available by Course Codes, users can now enter a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) list to make selections.  

Bug Fixes

• Future Ready Skills for Educators: Resolved an issue where the “Evaluate Goal Evidence Level” was not being displayed properly. Users can now see and use evidence levels as intended.
• Future Ready Skills for Educators: Fixed a bug preventing self-reflection indicators from appearing after a grade level was selected, restoring the full self-reflection experience.
• Homeroom Dashboards Educator: Fixed broken links in the site navigation that were not rendering dashboards. Links now load the associated dashboards properly.

 General Improvements

• Homeroom: Enhanced data table definition downloads to include a dedicated parameters worksheet, improving automation, clarity, and setup for downstream users.
• Professional Development: Added support for generating Certificates of Attendance for non–clock hour professional development courses, ensuring participants can document their learning even when clock hours are not awarded.
