New Feature

EVAL-510 

Users are now able to hide/show performance level descriptions on Summary when reviewing Evidence 

Subtask

EVAL-506 

Both Evaluator & Evaluatee notes are now displayed, if present, on Task Related Goals section

Bug

EVAL-505 

Supplemental Evaluator assignments were dropping randomly and without warning or error. With continued monitoring, and with district involvement, we were able to isolate the issue and resolve it.
