Homeroom

New Features

  • Developed a Workbook for the Attendance Proportionality Report, which includes: Student Counts, Program Enrollments, and Student Data Tables.
  • Created a view on Student Dashboards to display EWM Risk from the Early Warning Module application.
  • Added a new Data Extract Data Table called WA WIDA Expected Growth.
    • Designed using OSPI's Multilingual Learner Expected Progress for WIDA ACCESS Overall Composite Scores chart.  

Improvements

  • Added workbook downloads to the Documents tray.
  • Added workbooks to Data Extracts for appropriate Application User Roles.
  • Added the Workbooks Management page for Data Extracts to Data Administrators.
  • Updated the Student Growth District Dashboard with the following:
    • Add an informational guidance container.
    • Updated all containers on the State Assessment page to include standard state assessments for: AZ, GA, ID, IL, MI, NM, PA, WA, and WY.
  • Added “Enrollment Counts” to the Classes Data Tables, where users view lists of classes to access the class dashboard.

Student Data Grids

New Features

  • A new field for school code has been added to the following Student Data Grids data sets:
    • Current Year Predominant School Enrollment
    • Current District Enrollment
    • Historical School Enrollment

Improvements

  • A “Copy To Me” row action has been added to the My Student Data Grids Data Table, allowing users to quickly create a copy of one of their own Student Data Grids.

ALE

New Features

  • Added workbooks to Data Extracts in the ALE user roles.
  • ALE v2: Added a new Reporting Class Terms selector form element to the Create Class| Manage Class pages: In the Dates Section of the Details Tab
    • This is used to set reporting class terms on the Manage Class > Grade page.

Improvements

  • ALE v2: Updated Manage Class > Dates Section > Class Term Selector to prevent multiple selections.

Evaluations

New Features

  • Added workbooks to Data Extracts for appropriate Application User Roles.
  • Added the workbooks management page for Data Extracts to Data Administrators.

Improvements

  • Recreated the Evaluation Criteria by Task Template Data Extract as a workbook
    • Based on the selections made, this will now generate a worksheet for each position.  

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in ALE where courses populated by Student Information System (SIS) classes were not updating the wSLP course end date when a student withdrew from a SIS class before the end date.
  • Resolved issues in Future Ready Skills.
    • Indicators were not being displayed when submitting evidence for multiple students, even if grade levels were not set up.
    • Fixed missing indicators when submitting evidence for a single student. Addressed missing data on the Overall Summary Details Self Self-Reflection, and Evidence of Skill pages.
    • Fixed missing data in the Collection of Evidence data table.
    • Addressed missing data in the Self-Reflection Details table.
    • Fixed the error causing the Overall Summary page to be blank.
    • Growth indicators now display in the correct ordinal order.
    • The Public Feedback Form now displays Future Ready Skill (FRS) Indicators and allows selection of the evidence level.
    • Evidence Levels now display in the correct ordinal order.
    • Email now contains a correct link to the public feedback form.
    • Set Goal Indicators now display in ordinal order.
    • Self-Reflection Indicators are now optional, as intended.
    • Skill Level Value Selections now display in numerical order by ordinal.
  • In Homeroom, corrected data table and row actions for editing user-defined assessments for School Administrator, Specialist, and Teacher roles.
  • In Evaluations, fixed an issue where the observations print report was not including evaluation criteria and performance levels for some positions.
