- Start under the School District Dashboard in the left navigation menu.
- You will see the School District Dashboard. Click the Switch button above the School District Title, then select the STAND 9th Grade On Track Success Dashboard from the list.
- Use the Edit Page Data Settings button next to the District Title to adjust the enrollment status and or data year.
- Across the top of the page are subpages (tabs) that let you navigate the multiple containers (Behaviors, Attendance, Grades, Risk, and Data).
- Select a term view from the tabs across the top of the chart page (All Year, S1, S2, T1, T2, T3, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4).
- Hover over any bar for more detailed information, or click the bar to see a detailed data table of the included students.
- The Behaviors tab will show behavior incident charts by Federal Race, Gender, and Program/Service Type. Tiers include Excelling, On-Track, At Risk, and Off Track. More information may be found under the Tier Info Tab.
- The Attendance tab will show attendance rate charts by Federal Race, Gender, and Program/Service Type. Tiers include Excelling, On-Track, At Risk, and Off Track. More information may be found under the Tier Info Tab.

The Grades tab will show Class Term Grade, and Gradebook Grade risk charts by Federal Race, Gender, and Program/Service Type. Tiers include Excelling, On-Track, At Risk, and Off Track. More information may be found under the Tier Info Tab.
- Also included here are the Gradebook Grades Data Table and the Gradebook Grades by Period data table, which allow drilling down to specific student grade information.
- The Risk tab will show an On Track Success Data Table for student risk details. Here you can review Risk Value, Level, and the included risk factors (Attendance, Grades, Discipline).
- The Data tab will display an On Track Success Data Table that includes Credits, Attendance, Discipline, Demographics, Service Statuses, and Gradebook Grades by Term. Filter any column to search for data.
- In our applications, clicking a student's name with a dashboard icon or a magnifying glass takes you to that studentโs dashboard.
- To create a student group, select the checkbox next to one or more students, then click the Selected Gear and choose Add students to Student Group.
- Click the Download Data Table button.
