Homeroom

New Features

  • Created components for a Superintendent’s Dashboard:
    • A data table showing the Previous Day's Attendance Rate by campus/building, with filtering by school and district.
    • A card-view data table displaying Student Counts By Service Type And Plan, with clickable cards to view student lists and filtering by school and year.
    • A combo chart to visualize the Number Of Students Earning Failing Grades By Grade Level, with flexible filtering options.
    • A bubble chart and pivot table to display Discipline Event Counts By Grade Level, including detailed breakdowns by incident frequency.
    • A donut chart to the dashboard showing the Prior Day's District Attendance Rate, with present/absent counts and interactive labels.
  • Added the following features to the Student Dashboard of Homeroom:
    • Printable report for current year gradebook data: Student Current Year Gradebook Report, which includes class codes, grades, and missing assignments.
    • Printable attendance report: Student Attendance Report, which includes absences and tardies by type and period.
    • Printable assessment report: Student Assessments Tests Report, which includes test details, scores, and performance levels that can be configured by school year(s), scope, families, and subject areas.

Improvements

  • In the Student Dashboard, the following features were modified.
    • Replaced the "Add Documents" button with the “Manage Documents” button, linking directly to the Student Details Manager.
    • Replaced the "Add Observations" button with the "Manage Observations" button, linking directly to the Student Details Manager.

CTE

New Features

  • In the student’s Credential Status, users can view a student's CTE status as either a Concentrator or a Completer (displayed as "yes" or "no").

Early Warning Module

New Features

  • In the Data Administrator role > Manage Risk Indicators, added an HTML content block with a "Request Recalculation" button that queues a recalculation job if none exists.
  • Data Administrators can now Manage Risk Indicators using a new, user-friendly data table. The updated interface allows direct in-table editing of minimum and maximum values, color selection, and risk level details.
    • Previous restrictions on value ranges have been removed, providing greater flexibility in defining student risk categories (no, low, medium, high).
  • Educators and Teachers can now upload and attach files to Student Notes in the Early Warning Module (View EWM Profile).

Intervention Plans

New Features

  • When a goal is deleted from an intervention plan, all associated goal strategies are also removed. This ensures data consistency and prevents orphaned strategy records.
  • Educators can now select multiple subject area strategies for each goal in an intervention plan. The goal edit form and underlying data model have been updated to support multi-select, allowing for more comprehensive strategy tracking.

Improvements

  • Intervention Plan reports now indicate when a student's goal has been achieved. Educators can mark goals as achieved, and this status is displayed in both the plan management interface and printed reports, providing clearer tracking of student progress.
  • The intervention plan goals data table now displays all selected subject area strategies for each goal, reflecting the new multi-select capability and improving visibility for educators.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where users could not filter to 100% in Attendance Chart Validation Workbooks. Users can now correctly filter for students with 100% attendance in all relevant data tables.
  • Resolved a problem where clicking on System Created Student Groups in the Teacher role did not open the expected modal. The modal now opens as intended for groups by Teacher, School, and District.
  • The Dashboard Editor now prevents saving dashboard arrangements that exceed the supported 12-column layout, ensuring only valid configurations can be saved.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking status icons from the Monitor page in Evaluations incorrectly navigated users to the Evaluator persona page. Monitors are now directed to the correct Monitor view.
  • Corrected rendering issues in Attendance % by Threshold charts (Student List, By School, By Grade Level, By Gender, By Federal Race, By Program/Service Type), where bars were incorrectly stacked and overlapped. Charts now display grouped categories and correct colors.
  • Fixed the ALE - No Scanner History Data Extract so that reports now generate as expected and include the correct students.
  • Parents are now correctly prevented from dropping classes when Parent Enrollment Lock Dates are set, enforcing enrollment restrictions as intended.
  • Fixed an issue where individual student reports in the Standard Student Assessment Profile Data Extract included all students instead of just the selected student. Each report now contains only the relevant student’s data.
  • Addressed an issue where user selections in the Data Settings Form for Multiple Areas of Risk were not retained or displayed upon returning to the page. Selections are now properly resurfaced.
