Homeroom

New Features

• Data Extracts>Data Tables: Added ‘Student Download Options’ to include additional student data points, enhancing self-service reporting and demonstrating ongoing improvements for user empowerment.
• Build & Save Data Table and Save Button: The same ‘Student Download Options’ capability as above was also added to this process, allowing data points to be included in saved data tables and data tables scheduled for delivery.
• Created a new data table in Homeroom for displaying Assessment Test Items by students on Dashboards. (This can be added as a custom screenview per district for Classroom districts.)
• Created a new data table in Homeroom for viewing Assessment Item Analysis Scores by Standard. (This can be added as a custom screenview per district for Classroom districts.)

New Features

• Added a new Reporting Class Terms selector form element to the Create Class| Manage Class pages: In the Dates Section of the Details Tab. This is used to set reporting class terms on the Manage Class > Grade page.

Improvements

• Updated Data Administrator > Configure Settings > Default Settings/Values > Create Class Default Values to disallow multiple class term selections, ensuring data integrity.
• Updated Manage Class > Dates Section > Class Terms Selector to prevent multiple selections.
• Improved the add record form for Class Term Grades in Subject/Course Details, streamlining data entry.

New Features

Data Administrator Role:

• Configure Industry Recognized Credentials > IRC: Added Students sub-page, featuring a data table that displays student-earned certificates.
• Configure Industry Recognized Credentials > IRC: Added a sub-page to assign earned certificates by student group, streamlining group assignments.
• Configure Industry Recognized Credentials > IRC: Added Mass Assign sub-page, to allow mass assignment of student-earned certificates via file upload.

Improvements

• Updated the Certifications Data Table to display total student counts and counts by year for better reporting.

Student Data Grids

Improvements

• Enhanced the View page with a new Selected Row Action to Add Students to Student Group.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where selecting a Career Cluster in Card Mode did not display data in the Career Planner modal.
• Fixed permission issues in the Term Grades Programs/Services chart.
• Fixed permission issues in the Gradebook, Grades Programs/Services chart.
• Fixed incorrect report printing when using multi-select print options on the My Student of Concern Plans data table.
• Addressed an issue where the 'View Submissions' button opened a blank data table in High School and Beyond.
• Fixed a bug where completed surveys did not display responses when revisited in High School and Beyond.
• Corrected issues in the Attendance Roster By Session report in Pro Dev.
• In Evaluations, fixed an issue where users could not enter Criteria Notes when opening page content in a modal during an observation.
• Unnecessary blank sub-pages were removed from the navigation in Career Planner.

General Improvements

• The Application bundle list now correctly respects the Application's ‘Is Active’ flag.
