Here, you will learn how to find students with multiple areas of risk.
- Begin by navigating to "Students" in the left navigation menu.
- You will see a data table of all students with two subpages (tabs) across the top of the page.
- Click the Multiple Areas of Risk tab.
- Select at least one risk level in the Data Settings to the left. (Discipline Risk Level(s), Grades Risk Level(s), Excused Absence Risk Level(s), Unexcused Absence Risk Level(s), and Tardy Risk Level(s)
- Set the Number of Matching Conditions to filter students in the Threshold section.
- The data table will be rendered once selections have been made.
- By default, the data displayed is for the current school year; users can customize their view of the data using the Edit Page Data Settings.
- Click the icon in the Full Name column to view the Student Dashboard.
- Click the View EWM Profile icon in the Risk Profile column to view the Early Warning Module Student Profile.
- Click one or more checkboxes to the far left to add the students to a student group.
- Click the Selected Gear in the top left and select 'Add Students to Student Group'.
- Click the radio button to Create New Group or Add to Existing Group.
- Fill in or select the Student Group Name.
- Click Save.
- Click the Selected Gear in the top left and select 'Add Students to Student Group'.
