📝 MiDataHub: State Assessment Service API Confirm

Please verify whether the State Assessment API exists by logging in to the MiDataHub cockpit and confirming that the two required integrations for the State Assessment service are present in the bottom section of the screen. 

1. Log in to the Michigan DataHub cockpit.
2. Scroll to the bottom-right corner of your district's page to verify integrations. Click Show all.

• Outbound Integrations:  State-Sourced System: Assessment Importer 1: Request Assessment for Students without Assessments (current)

• API Integrations: State-Sourced System: Assessment Importer 1

2. If the integration is missing, please confirm it has not been deactivated by selecting the “Show All” link. If the integration is inactive, it will be displayed in grey with a strikethrough. To correct this, click the integration, select “Active” from the status pull-down menu, then click the Submit button. The inactive integration should now be active and available under the integration section.  

3. If, after clicking the “show all” link, the State Assessment integration is not listed in these sections (or only one of them), please submit a ticket to the MiDataHub team and include the following details: 

 (Name of District) authorizes the MI Datahub to create a state assessment integration with Munetrix/Schooldata.net. We want Munetrix/Schooldata.net to be able to pull our M-STEP, PSAT, and SAT data from the MI Data Hub.
