Highlighted Features

ALE-2094/ALE-2048 

Added the ability to multi-select students in Class Monthly Progress Table and Progress by Course for yes/no designation or comment.

Multiple students can be chosen on both Progress by Course and Monthly Progress by Class data tables with selected rows action. Using the resulting form, yes/no designation and progress comment can be entered for all selected students.

Update Procedure so that some Class changes are automatically reflected on Subject/Courses for enrollment method 2 districts 

When the following fields are changed and saved on a Class, associated subject/course records for currently enrolled students will be automatically updated to reflect those changes: Certificated Teacher, Hours, Start Date, End Date, Class Type.

Add Monitor Class Progress Page

Under the Monitor menu for Program Manager, Secretary, and Certificated Teacher, a new data table lists current year classes and icons indicating whether Monthly Progress yes/no designation has been made for all enrolled students.  Hovering over any single icon provides details about how many students have progress designations made, and for Teachers, the title of the class is a clickable link that leads to the Monthly Progress

Add optional email notification for registrar/cert teacher when students add/drop ALEClasses

A date can be entered in Data Admin Role under Configuration>Add/Drop Notification Start Date. After that date, anytime a student adds or drops a class enrollment, an email notification will be sent to both the Certificated Teacher and any Supplemental Teachers of the class and any users in the program with the Registrar role.
