504 Plans Release Notes - 2021.10.22

The following documents new features, improvements, bug fixes, and configuration changes we have recently applied.

New Features

APP504- 220

An additional feature and form have been added to the 504 Plans application. Users can now create a referral form within the application by filling out a form. Referral forms now have the same features as other forms and are accessible through the “View Referrals” table.

Improvements

APP504- 238

Users can view withdrawn students and their documentation. In the “View 504 Plans” table, a column is now labeled “Is Withdrawn”. The “Is Withdrawn” filter has been set to “no”, to view 504 plans of withdrawn students, change the filter to “yes”.

A pop-up will now ask you to confirm your action before emailing the 504 Plans to Teachers.

Supplemental educations will also see plans they have been added to in the “MyFiveOhFourPlans’column.
