Introduction

The following document will highlight the various improvements we have made to our application Homeroom Dashboards.

New Feature

V3HOMEROOM-607 Created Emergency Contacts data table as an available standard Connect data extract.

V3HOMEROOM-658 Created a screenview that displays student vision and hearing screenings data. (Skyward ODBC only) 

V3HOMEROOM-908 Created Additional Unique Identifier List data table as an available standard Connect data extract.

V3HOMEROOM-911 Created Attendance Distribution data table as an available standard Connect data extract.

V3HOMEROOM-912 Created Class Enrollment by Student Group data table as an available standard Connect data extract.

V3HOMEROOM-944 Created Gradebook Grades data table as an available standard Connect data extract.

Improvement

V3HOMEROOM-946 Under the Data Administrator role, a Dashboard Group can be marked as hidden so the Dashboard is not listed when a user selects “Switch” to change to other Dashboards.  

V3-106 Updated Charts to have a pinnable drawer so data settings for the chart can be shown/hidden as needed.

V3-107 Updated Data Tables to have a pinnable drawer so data settings for the data table can be shown/hidden as needed.

V3-108 Updated HTML Content Blocks to have a pinnable drawer so data settings for the HTML content block can be shown/hidden as needed.

V3-125 Added a configuration option to Data Table Definitions that would force the drawer to start pinned.

V3-126 Added a configuration option to Chart Definitions that would force the drawer to start pinned.

V3-127 Added a configuration option to HTML Content Blocks that would force the drawer to start pinned.

Bug

V3HOMEROOM-980 Updated Student Groups so a user can now download a static or smart group.
