New Feature

V3EVALUATIONS-137 Created Connect version of “Evaluation Performance Level Counts by Criterion” that was available in the v2 version of the application.

Improvements

V3EVALUATIONS-139 Updated Perform Evaluation Task sub-page for Evaluatee to honor task template setting to display the Observation.

V3EVALUATIONS-142 When an Evaluator changes the Position Level from the data table using in-cell edit, the user will see a Success message and the table will update to show the new Position Level.

Bug

V3EVALUATIONS-140 When an Evaluations Data Admin uses the 'Assign Framework' row action on a NEW Evaluations Framework, the correct framework will be assigned and criterion for it imported.
