Introduction

The following document will highlight the various improvements we have made to the following applications in our Student Plans bundle: 504 Plans, Highly Capable Plans, and Intervention Plans.

504 Plans

Improvement

V3F0F-47 Under the Data Administrator role, added an "Is Available For Selection" column to the Impairment Selections so selection options can be set as active/inactive by managing check boxes.

Bug

V3HICAP-210 Updated "All Plans" data table so it’s pre-filtered to the current year.

Interventions

New Feature

V3INTERVENTIONS-21 Under the Data Administrator role, Intervention Plan Contributing Factors can be created and managed.

V3INTERVENTIONS-22 Added the ability to create and manage Contributing Factors in new or existing Intervention Plans.

V3INTERVENTIONS-23 Added Contributing Factors to default Intervention Plan report so users can include them when generating/printing the report.

V3INTERVENTIONS-25 Added Student Profile data to the Student Data menu when managing an Intervention Plan.

V3INTERVENTIONS-27 Added the ability to record notes for Intervention Plan Commitments to provide additional information for each Commitment.

V3INTERVENTIONS-28 Added Commitment Notes to the default Intervention Plan report. 

V3INTERVENTIONS-30 Added Links page to enter URLs for quickly reference linked documents when managing an Intervention Plan.

V3INTERVENTIONS-32 Added data settings to select specific sections to include on the Intervention Plan report when generating/printing.
