Core Components for Application Access

  1. A School Data Account: A basic login credential for the platform.
  2. An Application User Role: Determines which applications the user can access.
  3. A Person Role: Defines the level of student data a user can view. Users operate in one role at a time. The role with the most granular permissions is automatically selected for you. The role can be changed in the settings.
