🪪 View All CTE Students and Student Credits

Here, you will learn how to view Career and Technical Education student information.

Role: Educator

  1. Start under CTE Students in the left navigation menu and choose one of the following options.
    • All Students: View All Students, CTE Designations, and Involvement here.

  • Student Credits: Here, you can view Students and Instructional Program Area Credits Earned.

  1. Click the Edit Page Data Settings button, located to the right of the page title, to edit the school year details. Click the field, select the checkbox for the chosen school year, and then click Save.
  2. Enter terms in the fields at the top of each column to filter the results shown.
  3. Click the magnifying glass next to the student's name to view the student’s page.
    1. Across the top of the page are subpages (tabs). The page will default to the CTE tab.

  • Details Tab: This section includes the student's personal contact information, family details, and other relevant information. 
  • CTE Tab: This includes CTE concentrations, enrollments, credits, grades, and industry-recognized certifications.

  • Documents:

    1. Click the Add Record button in the top-right to add the required student documents.
    2. Click the “+” icon in the File field, click the Choose a file button, select a file, and click Accept.
    3. Fill in the Student Document Label and Description.
    4. Click Save.

View CCMR

Role: Educator, Teacher

Here, you will learn how to view College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR).

  1. Start under CCMR in the left navigation menu.
  2. You will see a data table of students, their College Ready (SAT), Additional College Ready Measures (Dual Credit, AP, IB, College Bridge), Career Ready Industry Credentials and Programs of Study, and any Additional Measures (Special Education Enrollment, Economically Disadvantaged)
