Here, you will learn how to compare concentrator enrollments to district demographics, which means students currently enrolled in or considered concentrators in a program of study. While the state defines program categories, the programs of study, also known as instructional programs, are determined by and configured for each district.

  1. Start under Programs of Study in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the Demographics Tab at the top of the page, and choose Concentrator Charts from the dropdown menu.

    1. Data is displayed by Federal Race, Gender, Special Education, Economically Disadvantaged, McKinney-Vento, Highly Capable/Gifted, Section 504, Multilingual Learner, Foster Care, and Military.

    1. Use the Data Settings and AI Insight drawers to the left to filter and learn more.
    2. Hovering over any region of a chart displays a popover showing the numbers it represents.
    3. Click the bar to view the list of included students.

      1. Click the magnifying glass in the Student column to view further student details.

      1. Click one or more checkboxes to the far left to create a student group.

        1. Click the Selected Gear in the top left and select "Add Students to Student Group."
        2. Select the radio button to Create New Group or Add to Existing Group.
        3. Fill in or select the Student Group Name.
        4. Click Save.
