January 2025 New features/changes

  • Column expand/collapse tool
    • On the Columns page to expand/collapse all DataSets

  • New DataSets that allow detail filtering and provide detail
    • Current School Year District Daily Attendance
    • Current School Year School Class Period Daily Attendance
    • Current School Year Class Daily Attendance
    • Current School Year School Daily Attendance
    • Current School Year Incident Detail
    • Current School Year Referral Detail
  • An aggregate page was added to some DataSets to provide counts and sums 
    • Added to the newly created DataSets listed above 
    • Added to these existing DataSets:

  • Blank column option and Formula column option
    • On the Columns page, when the DataSet is expanded, there is now an option to add either a Blank Column or a Formula column.
  • The ‘My Student Data Grids’ page has visual option columns for View or Configure.
  • An additional Download Option pop-up was added to the View page.
  • New Columns added to the ‘Current year predominant in school enrollment
    • Number of School Days Enrolled in the District for the Year
    • Number of Calendar Days Enrolled in the District for the Year

Newly Added since January 21 User Group email.

  • A Teacher List column was added to multiple Data Sets
    • Provides a comma-separated list of the teachers linked to the class. 
    • Added to the following Data Sets:
      • Class Enrollments
      • Class Term Grades
      • Gradebook Class Grades 
      • Gradebook Standard Grades 
      • Gradebook Assignments
  • The current Service Status Data Set option incorporated on the configuration page to filter list by  Active, Inactive, and/or Never Enrolled
