High School & Beyond Bundle Release Notes 11/20/2020

New Feature

[CP-422] - When educators print a student's Self Assessment report it will now include the date the student completed the Assessment.

[HSB-148] - We have created a Data Table called “Most Recent Completion of HSB Items” listing the HSB Tasks and the dates they were completed by the student.
[HSB-174] - We now have the ability to add High School and Beyond tasks to students with the Grad Year of 2019
[CP-416] - In Career Planner on our Financial Information page the students will now have the check box, where they can confirm they have received the necessary FAFSA information.
[FYP-488] - We have changed the verbiage when creating a FYP to keep it consistent; students will now be able to select a “Four Year Plan Template.”

[CP-423] - We have corrected the issue of “Educational Goals” displaying all goal types. It now only displays the Educational Goals.
[FYP-490] - The FYP Courses were maxing at 5,000 records. We have fixed this so that the Data Admin Four Year Plan Courses table now displays all courses.
[FYP-495] - We have fixed the issue of Career Cluster selection list duplicating or missing entries. Both district now display all expected Career Cluster selections.

[FYP-494] - The “Graduation Pathway” selection is not required for Central Kitsap.
[FYP-483] - The Career Cluster selection when building a Four Year Plan is now optional for Mukilteo.
