- A user will access the ALE application by logging into https://[yourdistrictschoolname].schooldata.net/v2/ale-sis/
| Note: Each school district has a unique URL where the instructions show an address where you will insert your district name in place of the bolded type, such as “seattle.schooldata.net.” |
- If you see a screen that says Authenticate With District, click the Use SchoolData.net Account button in the bottom left-hand corner.
- To log in, type in your Username or Email and Password, and Sign in. The first time you log in, or if you have any trouble logging in, you will need to Reset your Password Using the Option found in the bottom-left corner.
- You will be asked for your Username or Email - for most parents, your username is your email address. Enter the email address you provided to the school and click Send Verification Code.
- Check that email address for a message from School Data Solutions. Be sure to check your spam folder, as auto-generated emails are sometimes routed there.
- Copy and paste or enter the Verification Code you received from your email into the verification screen. Once verified, Create a Secure Password. Passwords are not stored in the system. Contact your district’s School Data Solutions Administrator if you need help with a username or password.
