High School & Beyond Bundle Release Notes 7/10/2020 – School Data Solutions

New Features

[FYP-463] - Tools have been provided now so that courses can be 'paired' together, so when students add them on a plan the other courses are added too.
- With Four Year Plan Data Admin permissions, users can create these pairings from the “All Year Course Groups”
[HSB-97] - Educator added opportunities for students, families, or guardians to participate in sessions that assist in filling out financial aid applications are now surfaced under the newly added Financial Aid Learning Sessions (Phase 2 of HB1599: Business Rule 4C)
- With HSB Data Admin permissions, users can setup these events on the calendar
[HSB-103] - HSB Data Admin Users now have a Tab on their left hand navigation to access special permissions
[HSB-104] - All of the HSB bundled apps now have a persona navigation tab on the left side of the screen, so if a user has other roles on the page (Parent, Educator, Data Admin) this is how they access it.
[FYP-419] - A next year course requests export has been created for PowerSchool districts. It can be found on the HSB main page in Data Tables under Student Completion from the left nav bar. Full process instructions are coming soon to this page

[CP-355] - Adding “Work Experience” to Resume now allows for “Present” rather than an end date
[CP-356] - Resume Recognitions are now pre-filled with the selected recognition type when adding Honors, Awards, Scholarships, & Other Recognitions
[CP-359] - Adding References in Build Resume, there is now a "Job Title" field available
[CP-361] - Portfolio Goals are now pre-filled with the type when adding Academic, Career, Community, & Personal Goals
[HSB-82] - Graduation Pathway & Post Secondary Plan selections now display on the Four Year Plans Details page on a student’s Student Completion
[HSB-95] - Career Planner now displays “Educational” Goals rather than “Academic” Goals
[HSB-96] - Future Ready Skills navigation dropdown has been updated to reflect the areas they display on a student’s Student Completion
[FYP-452] - College Bound information from FYP is now also displayed in Career Planner
[FYP-464] - Do not allow a user to update Primary Plan status if the Primary Plan is locked
[FYP-466] - Four Year Plan courses now allow for credits with 3 decimal places

[CP-360] - Typo on Resume Scholarship add button and entry form has been corrected
[FYP-465] - FASFA ‘Getting Help’ direct link has been added to the Financial Aid information
[HSB-92] - Modifications to ALE/HSB Credit Adjustments of Graduation Requirements screen
- Edits made to credits now will continue to reflect the year originated
- “Was Adjusted”, “Substitution” & “Student Custom Association” columns now display with “True” or “False”
- [HSB-101] - The Adjustment Reason text entered now displays when the editing credits
- [HSB-102] - Earned Credits now reflects what credits were applied to the Graduation Requirements subject displayed on the row, rather than the total credits possible
[HSB-98] - Students now can click from HSB task page to take a Self Assessment, if they have Self Assessment that needs to be taken
[HSB-105] - HSB Task page can now be setup to include a line item to have a student select Graduation Pathway

[GM-45] - District provided State Course codes were added to match to historical Courses (ie Manually entered course credits)

[HSB-99] - Educator uploaded files for a student can now be reassigned to sections of Career Planner Portfolio
