Four Year Plans Release Notes 4/17/2020

Improvement

[FYP-434] - A column for “Is Primary Plan” on the “My Students Plans” is now present
[HSB-14] - Educators with Data Amin permissions are now able to update the Important Information page and in addition add in “Content Blocks”

[HSB-1] / [HSB-41] - Per HB1599, students are now provided a way to click a checkbox noting “I understand my Financial Aid Opportunities”. Student also have a “Launch Survey” button to take a survey to further show their knowledge of the financial aid available to them.

[FYP-438] - Educators with Data Admin permissions are now able to add Career Path(s) (aka Career Cluster) to courses.

[FYP-439] - When Career Path(s) (aka Career Cluster) are added on a course, users are able to search in the "All Courses" table to find course that match a specific Career Path (aka Career Cluster)
[FYP-440] - When Career Path(s) (aka Career Cluster) are added on a course, users are able to search when selecting courses on a Four Year Plan that match a specific Career Path (aka Career Cluster) and/or their “My Path” if the Student has designated one on their Four Year Plan
Here how all changes work together when the fields are used:

[FYP-432] - From Data Admin in the Four Year Plan Courses table, the report “Course Counts by Grade Level” has been updated to be “Next year course Counts by Grade Level” and now reflects numbers only the next school year.
[FYP-433] - Creating a Four Year Plan, clicking "Save and Continue" now correctly takes the user to the Schedule page for the Four Year Plan
