Located at the top right of each container, you can access five options by hovering over the top bar.

Each tool provides different functionalities, depending on the container. Typical tools may include options for filtering data, exporting information, adjusting settings, refreshing data, or accessing help.

NOTE: Any changes you make (like resizing or reordering containers) will revert to defaults when you navigate away. You are in View Only Mode, so feel free to explore the icons and what features they offer without risk.

The following is a brief description of each of those tools.

Move or rearrange.Click and hold this icon to โ€œdrag and dropโ€ as needed.
Maximize. Click this icon to expand the container for a better view. Click the resulting icon to return the container to its previous size.  
RefreshClick the icon to refresh the container and return it to the default data settings.
CloseUse this option to hide or remove the container from view.
Action Gear This dropdown menu provides various options tailored to the specific container you are using. 

 

ACTION GEAR DROPDOWN MENU

Show Container Configuration:  Resize the container and adjust the display settings.
Split Screen: Display two tabs side by side. Choose your selections using the radio buttons (left and right) and click OK.

Print All: Create a PDF report of the displayed data. Selection options by checking the boxes next to descriptors.

 

Screen View Actions And Options

Each tab within a container features a light gray gear icon at the top right, providing access to additional tools.

You may see:

Data Settings: Select specific data to view for chosen student groups. This opens a new tab displaying the selected data. 
Compare: Choose a second group of students to display alongside the current group in a split-screen format for comparison. 

Download: Options to download displayed data as a chart, data table, report, or validation workbook. Note: Validation workbooks may have multiple tabs; please review all tabs for a comprehensive assessment.

  • Download Chart: Generates a PDF of the chart only.
  • Download Report: Creates a PDF report that includes a header and multiple pages with detailed information
  • Download Data Table: Produces an Excel file containing all the data displayed in the current screen view.
  • Download Validation Workbook: This spreadsheet features multiple tabs, enabling users to explore detailed data relevant to the screen view.
Related Views: Quickly access closely related data. For instance, clicking Stranded View (hover for the full title) shows available strand data in a new tab alongside current assessments.
Zoom: Adjust the view size for better readability. 

 

Chart Actions And Options: 

When you hover over a chart, an additional Action Gear appears, allowing you to customize how the data is displayed.
