Sub-task

• [EVAL-314] - Notification message has been updated to inform Evaluator that the task is being shared & emailed when an Observation-Evaluation type task is marked complete

Bug

• [EVAL-259] - The 'Share with Evaluatee' box is now visually checked when Observation task is marked complete
• [EVAL-326] - Files now display in the Summary evidence area for all task types when associated to criterion
• [EVAL-328] - Summary view is no longer displaying deleted tasks
• [EVAL-330] - 'Additional data' notes now viewable on the Summary on associated criterion and 'parent' criterion
• [EVAL-335] - Charts are now displaying on the summary when tied to a criterion
