Improvement

• [EVAL-242] - The Observation print now honors the viewing options for 'showing the alternate arrangement'. *****

• [EVAL-294] - When viewing a task list on the Dashboard, tasks flagged as deleted no do not display.

Bug

• [EVAL-281] - Disengaging from Impersonation mode no longer displays an error, but instead now redirects you to a valid URL.
• [EVAL-296] - The final evaluation Summary now only displays Web Links that have been associated to tasks, criteria or evidence for the current year. 
• [EVAL-304] - Evaluators and Evaluatees are now able to appropriately download files from PLC Community resources. 

Task

• [EVAL-293] - Clicking the magnifying glass from the Evaluator Dashboard users are now directed to the first task on the list not flagged as deleted.
