• [DATASHOP-260] - Assessment Tests Table: User unable to submit an edit to Assessment Test because it is requiring data upload start and end dates.
• [DATASHOP-263] - Extend Person Role Access Procedure is erring when a record is found and stopping rather than skipping the duplicate record and completing the process

• [DATASHOP-262] - Add process to assign new App (V2) permissions in mass by application username or Role

• [DATASHOP-238] - Activate Account: Add additional Column to template to all the Data Admin to decide if an email is sent to users being activated
