The ALE application has a setting that will enable subject/course records to be affected in one of two ways when the Certificated Teacher assigned to a Student's Learning Plan is changed:
- Teachers assigned to Subject/Course records do not change.
- If the current Certificated Teacher on the plan is assigned to any subject/course records, those records are updated to reflect the new Certificated Teacher on the plan when the plan is changed.
- This task is completed on the Program Manager Role under Settings in the left navigation menu. Use the Row Actions & Options gear to select Edit.
- Choose True or False from the drop-down menu for the SLP Teacher to change the updates subject/course field in the resulting form. True will update the subject/course records when the Certificated Teacher on the plan is changed. False will cause subject/course records not to be affected by the Certificated Teacher on the plan being changed. Click Update when finished.
