📌 Interventions: LAP Intervention Plan Guide V2

Creating A Lap Intervention Plan

1. Select Create Student Plan from the left navigation menu.

2. Choose Reading or Math from the right-hand corner.

3. Select a Student by clicking the Select button. Next, use the Filter Student Search to create a list of students. Then click the check mark next to the student's name, then click Apply. Remember, the students you see are based on your role and permissions. Optionally, you may also select a Date, School, and LAP Teacher.

4. Select the Overall Attendance in LAP Intervention by clicking the appropriate boxes for Trimesters I, II, and III. 
   •  Rarely/Never Attends
   • Sometimes Attends
   • Consistently Attends
5. Optional LAP Intervention Services may also be selected for Trimester I, II, and III.  
6. Program/Curriculum: This section is managed in the Intervention Admin tables. Ask your Customer Support Agent for more information. 
7. Lessons Completed
8. Days per Week
9. Minutes per Day
10. Select the Targeted Skills for instruction by clicking the appropriate boxes.

11. Select the Progress in LAP Intervention by clicking the appropriate boxes for Trimester I, II, and III. 
    • Rarely/Never
    • Sometimes
    • Consistently
12. Add Option Comments for Trimesters I, II, and III.

13. Click the blue Save button from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. 

Viewing Individual Lap Intervention Plans

1. You can access LAP Intervention plans through the My Student Plans on the left navigation screen.

2. Reports may be downloaded to a PDF report via the Download Report button in the top right corner.

3. Listed are the students' intervention plans.   You can Edit, Print, and Delete from this page using the Row Actions & Options gear on the right.
