New Features

• [HSB-259] - Career Planner Completion data table have been updated to provide row actions to “Print Career Planner Summary” or “View Career Planner Portfolio”

• [FYP-512] - Educators can now assign templates for a student’s new graduation year to allow them to schedule for their future year. This was implemented to assist 2nd year seniors for planning needs.

• [CP-447] - Now when a student generates/downloads their Resume it will automatically upload on the same page as an attachment

Improvements

Improvements to the Educator's Student Completion page view

• • • [HSB-184] - An indicator now displays on the Student Completion page to indicate if a student did or didn’t acknowledge the Financial Aid Information in either Career Planner or Four Year Plans
    • [HSB-225] - Grade Level and Graduation Base Year are now displayed on individual Student HSB Competition page
    • [HSB-226] - “Previous Student” and “Next Student” buttons have been added to switch between students that were identified in the Student A Select search results
    • [HSB-254] - Student Completion page now provides a button to download the OSPI HSB Completion Report.
• [HSB-180] - All Self Assessment pop-ups for Educators on Student HSB Completion include the date taken
• [HSB-206] - HTML can now be used in the Completion page instructions popup

• [HSB-235] - Students now have ability from the Completion Status on their Career Planner Portfolio to upload files
• [FYP-401] - When in FYP Data Admin and downloading the courses, the courses without a Subject Area used to be hidden but are now included within the download
• [FYP-505] - HTML can now be used in Course Information pop up, for example a link to school information page or link to an audition form.

• [FYP-509] - In the Four Year Planner application, when reviewing a students plan, we can now change the questions found in the Post Secondary Planning tab - Reflection. If you would like to change these questions please contact SDS.
• [FYP-524] Four Year Plan Templates can now be setup with course restrictions to help guide/limit courses students can select in sub-requirements or multiple requirements
• [CP-317] - Career Planner Reality Check expenses now calculates in annual Federal Taxes

• [CP-369] - Advanced School Search now accurately returns results based on multiple criteria selected
• [CP-408/CP-417/CP-466] - College Bound links page has been updated to be from the “readysetgrad.wa.gov” website and new links have been added

Bugs

• [HSB-201] - Four Year Plan Schedule displays the student’s planned courses and current/actual courses they are taking.
• [FYP-495] - Career Cluster no longer displays duplicated clusters to select
• [CP-452] - Review My Traits now sorting alphabetically, but with careers with the most stars first
• [CP-453] - Self Assessments are now available with descriptions to Spanish
